Social Radar

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Social Radar processes only the information needed to provide the service and only within the authorization you grant.

Information we process

We may process account registration and session data, as well as profile and analytics data made available through official APIs for the social media accounts you choose to connect. Authorization tokens are stored securely. Social Radar does not collect or store social media passwords.

For paid access, Social Radar may process Google Play subscription purchase tokens, product and base-plan identifiers, subscription and acknowledgement status, expiration time, order reference, billing region, and whether a purchase is a test purchase. Purchase tokens are stored encrypted and are used only for purchase verification, entitlement management, restoration, and billing-support operations.

How we use information

We use this information to display your connected account, provide the analytics you request, keep your account secure, operate subscription access, and operate the service. Social Radar does not perform unauthorized scraping, private-account monitoring, or profile-visitor tracking.

Trial eligibility and abuse prevention

To enforce the one-time free-trial rule, Social Radar stores a keyed one-way hash derived from the permanent identifier of a social account that participated in a trial. The raw social-account identifier and social-platform password are not stored in this trial-prevention record. The hash is used only to determine whether that social account has already participated in a Social Radar trial. It may be retained after a social connection or Social Radar account is deleted so that deleting an account, reinstalling the app, changing devices, or registering a new email address does not reset trial eligibility.

Third-party platforms

Data from a connected platform is obtained only from that platform's official API and only to the extent of the permissions you grant. That platform's own privacy policies also apply to its processing of your information.

Retention, deletion, and revoking access

You can remove a connected account and revoke its authorization from the app. Tools to delete analytics history and social data are available through the Privacy Center. You can permanently delete your Social Radar account from the Privacy Center. The limited one-way trial-prevention hash described above may remain solely to prevent repeated free-trial use. See Account Deletion for instructions.
